Everyone on the phone who helped me set up my first appointment was SO NICE! But My first impression of this place upon physical arrival was tanked a little by the front desk receptionist Rihanna: No smile, no "Welcome" and a fairly lukewarm "Hello". In all honesty, she really didn't seem like she wanted to be there sadly. As a front line to the public a little more personable of a first impression would have made all the difference and I might have even signed up for a package. Rihanna also wasn't wearing a mask and i was assured by the phone reps that this was a masked office. To her credit however, she did put one on at the end of the visit once the doctor did. The doctor was cool and he even knew my name upon arrival. He examined my back and gave me some good exercises which no chiro has ever done for me. So the intake portion was good and very thorough, the adjustment was also good. But the post-adjustment just felt rushed. Normally I like to lie on the table for at least a minute and let things all settle. But he immediately grabbed my hand and said "Okay okay get up. Get up!" After which he started rattling off scheduling and payment plans, which, to be fair, sounded reasonable, but the mindset of which I just hadn't reached after a therapeutic treatment. Moreover, I don't think it should be the doctor who does this, but the receptionist. The receptionist could take her time and explain it more slowly and in relaxed fashion, and if she was friendly, that would make me even a little more inclined (though with this particular receptionist it might not really have made a difference for reasons explained above). In the end, the money aspect of it just felt kind of assembly line and Multi-Level marketing and like they wanted me to make a decision right away and I just couldn't. The doctor, upon hearing this gave what could be construed as either a terse-but laid back, "Okay okay, we'll see you when we see you," or it might be been passive aggressive (and pending the pressure I was feeling in the moment I was seriously feeling more the latter). That said, I may still go back as the adjustment was quite good, but I just don't do well making monetary decisions when I feel pressured and rushed. If anything hopefully this feedback will help provide for better customer service and comfort -- my primary & earnest intent.

One of the worst adjustments I have ever had! No breath work before adjustments just turn and burn! No feel out process no real care in the adjustments just jerked around and pushed out. Would not recommend this location! Waist of a visit and money!

This place is AMAZING! From the moment I walk in I am always welcomed by BROOKE who keeps me informed about my account and just simply asks 'How I'm doing?' And that goes along way... Then... there is DR.GILL... she has been such a game changer in my life. She is an amazing Chiropractor! I've seen many different doctors before, she by far has done wonders. She not only knows how to provide adequate care, she also cares about my well being and wants the best for my daughter and I. The world needs more doctors and employees like these two. Please don't ever leave!
