Excellent personal attention to detail. My health is my concern. I am being coached regarding exercise specific to my issue. All clients receive personal attention. The staff is led and instructed by Veronica. The course of exercise specific to me has been thorough and I take what I have been learning and work it into my daily routine at my gym. I feel confident that the the specific detailed course of exercise if followed will over time bring me back to good health. I have been in attendance for one week and I am beginning to feel positive results. The communication in this practice is two way. This allows me to understand what the issue is. I just finished my PT today with very positive results. Fearing that I might have to have a back operation due to sciatica, I was amazed that after a month of doing at home exercises prescribed by Garrett Goslin, PT, DPT and by attending nine appointments at the 1 Pearl Street facility the pain I suffered has been eliminated. PT Garrett Gosling guides you back to fitness with a calm and supportive demeanor. I’m very pleased that I am now pain free and didn’t have to be operated on.

I highly recommend this place for any PT needs. Since the first day I walked in, the receptionist was friendly and polite, very helpful with the Information she needed to give me and explained my insurance coverage with patience. Then I met my therapist Garrett (God sent) and he was absolutely awesome, gentle, professional and friendly. We went over the entire plan of care that he created after my evaluation. First day of therapy he was very communicative with me explaining every exercise I had to do. He talks to his patients as he cares for them to kind of get a feel of what their day to day is like. His patient care is on point and is completely polite. If I ever need PT again, I will absolutely go back to Bay State PT for care. They are also an educational therapy location meaning they have future therapists (students) coming in to learn how to be as good as Garrett and everyone else in that location. They are all wonderful but I had the pleasure of working with Garrett!
