They overmedicated my mother and she eventually died. They did nothing to show she had a chance of going home even though she admitted herself and the plan was to recover. I wanted to speak with their “Doctor” and he was never there when I was there. I hate this place.

The Staff right from the Greeters/Receptionist, To all the Nurse’s & Dr.s , Therapists ,& Even the Coffee passer outer/ Activities Director Amanda, the Hair Dresser did a Great job on My Mom’s Hair., Office Staff , & anyone I forgot , I apologize I am sorry. . You all make it feel like , We are all Family. & Our Mom is in Good Hands. Thank You God Bless 🙏❤️

The Guardian is a the absolutely worse rehab center on earth. The rooms need to be cleaned from top to bottom. Unfortunately, nursing care is limited and the physical and occupational programs are a laugh. Patients are often fed day old food and are not assisted with bathing and other services that are absolutely ignored. I was there for for 3 weeks, which was like being tortured and totally ignored. Never. and I mean never, send someone you love to this non-caring center. From the stains on the ceiling to their inedible food, this center should be closed for good.

My Great Grandmother is currently in this facility. The nursing staff has been great. We visited her today for several hours. Lilly and another nurse sang to her. They also checked on us and my Nini several times. The staff has been helpful, kind and attentive.

It's a Nursing Home so they definitely have nurses on all floors for patients however they're very unqualified since new cheap owner chased them all away. Doctors come 1 X every week or 2 & may or may not see you. IV therapy yes but how many nurses their know "what the heck they're doing, you know. Sorry, I would highly advise against. Got big right up in paper from mayor thanking them for wonderful Covid-19 job however nobody knows more deaths from Covid here than any other Brockton area Nursing Home, they were smart enough to get them to hospital before 15+ died from it. Therefore they all officially died in hospital. They're also killing me via lack of medical attention!
No wonder my mother died there.
