!!!AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! I was scheduled for an MRI through workers comp but needed an eye X-ray for clearance first. The “woman” at the counter with the disgusting growth hanging off of the front of her nose told me that the order for the X-ray was never sent, so I couldn’t get my MRI. I contacted worker’s comp and they assured me the order was sent. Worker’s comp then called the supervisor and confirmed the order was sent, but they didn’t have an X-ray tech on-site at that time. So instead of letting everyone know from the start there wouldn’t be a technician on that day, they booked the appointment anyway because apparently they think it’s funny to waste peoples time and gas to book appointments they know they can’t keep. Instead of holding themselves acceptable, they will lie to your face and attempt to place the blame on someone else. If I’m not mistaken, integrity is a pretty important in the medical field, something that is completely missing from this office. It’s sad and so pathetic that we now live in a world where people would rather lie to your face instead of admitting that a mistake was made, shameful

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! - constantly canceling a routine mammogram- it’s been over a month and they claim you need approval when my insurance has confirmed TWICE it’s not necessary. My Primary care faxed them 3 TIMES with a Referral with proof it was sent and received and still they cancel because they claim they did not receive it. Mammograms ARE IMPORTANT and it’s drilled in Womens heads to get them done routinely and ON TIME because it can save your life. Yet here we are with this disaster of a facility !

If you have to get any kind of diagnostic work done I HIGHLY suggest going to a different location than this one. Staff is completely unprofessional on two separate occasions for two separate issues. Trying to get a simple mammogram they rescheduled my first appointment because they didn't have any staff and the second appointment I waited two weeks later to come and they told me I needed paperwork/orders which no no one told me to bring. Gas is expensive and those of us that have jobs have to take off time to come to these appointments so please stop wasting people's time or train your staff properly to tell patients what they need to bring with them when they come. This would probably explain why their lobby is completely empty every time I've come here.
