The office staff, nurses and doctor were amazing and very kind; however the policies put in place made the experience terrible. We brought my son to the doctor because he was still running a fever despite fever reducers. My sick child was not allowed to stay in the lobby or go back to a room because he had a fever...instead we had to sit in our car for over an hour beside the building. Even with car ac, 88 degree weather and beaming sun is horrible for a sick child running a fever. When did doctor's offices start being scared of kids with fevers? Despite the caring staff we will not be back and will tell others to not take their children to this location.

Took my daughter to be evaluated due to concern regarding abdominal pain and specifically expressed concern regarding her appendix. Following examination we were told it was not her appendix but a bladder infection. Thankfully the next day I was still not comfortable with what I was seeing and took her to an ER and they diagnosed her with a perforated appendix! This diagnosis is time sensitive and if we were given the appropriate diagnosis originally a lot of heartache could have been spared. Also told I would recurve a call about the results if her urine culture and still waiting for that 2 weeks later! Awful! DO NOT GO THERE!
