They are a small motel but they are cheap right on the ocean and right next to family kingdom. They are clean and friendly. I had no complaints while there.

Great location, property could do with some maintenance, but rooms are clean. Pool, free WiFi and parking. But the location is the main selling point, fifty feet to the beach!

Honestly it's very worth the price you pay. I stayed on the 7th of May the room was nice the air conditioning was a wall unit and it didn't cool the room completely. I had to run it all day long while I was outside visiting places in order to get it good and cold. I would definitely stay there again
when I was there last yr, there was a couple ppl wit dogs. I think they charge a little more to have a pet there but unless they've changed the rules I know as of last yr they was a pet friendly hotel..

No we paid 89.00 a night but the service was very poor. We had a room with a stove but nothing to cook with. A microwave that didn't work, no coffee maker,
