Great until we moved out. I was charged over $1800 in damages that were annotated when I moved in. When I asked about the paperwork I was informed the paperwork was lost in transition when the property changed hands. So now I am paying for pre-existing damages. Do not trust them, they will screw you over at the end of your lease!

We have been living here for four years and I cannot wait until we move somewhere else. I'm going to preface this review; maintenance has always been easy to work with and is super professional. It is clear that they work with what they can. This is not about them; it's about what they're given to work with, Still, every single maintenance request is a band-aid. Nothing is ever fixed to where it remains fixed. All requests break over and over again. I don't know how many requests I've put in for our bathroom fan, at least three. Our air conditioning breaks every two months or so (in the summer months); again, never fixed where it stays fixed. Now, our air conditioning has been broken for THREE WEEKS. We have called multiple times for an update, and every time we are told we would get one and have not. This is ridiculous at this point. We have pets that we cannot leave home alone safely and three weeks (on top of every other request we've had to continuously ask to be fixed) is unacceptable. Live somewhere where trash isn't left on the ground for days, where maintenance is actually allowed to fix problems, and roaches don't run rampant. It's not here.

The complex is under new management. There are changes happening here and there, but the pool and gym are still intact. Just renewed the lease for another year.

No its not at all. They have handicap spaces in the wrong spots no where near a ramp. Also most sidewalks dont have slopes just curbs. I have issues just pushing a stroller around so im certain no one handicap could live here.
