I have lived in a 3-BR apartment here at Chateau Terrace for 13 years with my husband and 2 daughters. I love living here. The apartments are spacious and we have been able to have a garden in the back yard! The complex is pet friendly, which is perfect, as we have 2 senior rescue dogs. We have great neighbors; several who have lived here just as long as we have or longer. We have a workout center and a pool that is always well maintained. The staff is professional and friendly. Our maintenance staff is one of the best I have ever dealt with. They are prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. The neighborhood is quiet, and well landscaped. Part of the property is out-skirted with trees so you feel like you are living in the country. The other half of the property backs up against the Country Club golf course.

I have lived at Chateau Terrace approximately 12 years, having been here several times. I last came in 2013 and love this place. It is quiet, has well kept yards, staff - both office and maintenance - are quick to respond, efficient, and friendly. The rooms are large and have lots of storage. I wouldn't consider any other complex. Nothing but positives here!
