I give them an extra star because they have small parking lot for drivers who need to stay. At entrance wait for someone to check your truck before going in building. Emoyees are friendly, drop lot is big, ask questions, they wont volunteer the info. Ask where drop spot is then where to pick up your mt.

It's alright place kind of hit n miss if it load is ready according to ur apt time. Some of the security that check u in could use a lesson in Customer service though.
