Ross distribution gave me the opportunity to work there and I do thank them for that. I work there for about 7 months straight. I was a packer and I mean the work was hard but it was okay to handle. In my department there were 4 supervisors and out of those 4 none of them would help out. The team would have questions and all they had as an answer was an IDK. For me professionalism is important. As I started working there I saw that my supervisors and managers were unorganized with everything. Ross distribution does not take the time to be there for you all they want to do is for their employees to work like slaves. Favoritism is the main problem there. I don’t recommend this warehouse because they don’t care about the employees at all, and the pay is too little for so much work. HR will always tell you that they’re there for you when they’re not. Like I said the pay is too little for so much work and so much stress.

I have had better jobs and I have had worse jobs. This is a nice place to work if you want a job and want to work. Some of the jobs here can be hard work! The facility is air conditioned with fans everywhere, a cafeteria and you can move to different jobs and departments plus Ross is one place where you can move into management with a Supervisor In Training program or you can transfer to on if the many new DC's Ross is opening in other states!
