Stellar Cleaning
I really appreciate the care given a this location. It's often busy but whenever I have to come they are polite and diligently seeing patients.

One of the worst experiences I could ever imagine for an health care outfit. It is my first and last . Nobody that I know will ever visit the place by the special grace of God. (Amen). If you want to get good healthcare service please visit another . Thanks

I would not recommend this Patient First to anyone. This was the worse experience. My daughter was seen here for a high fever, cough and congestion. They only gave her a Covid-19 test, viral test and flu test which all came back negative. They told us that is was viral and could not give her any medication because the infection has to fight off itself. We knew something wasn't right. Later on we took her to the hospital because even with the Motrin her fever kept kept spiking. The hospital ran test and did a x-ray. They diagnosed my daughter with pneumonia. What would have happen if I just listen to the doctor at Patient First? I will never go here again!!!!

The support staff who attended to me was extremely rude and impatient. First off she had no right asking me some personal questions. Those where meant to be inquired of me by the doctor. She was inpatient in doing my tests and even had the audacity to roll her eyes at me.

Yes they do
Having insurance, alleviates you from having to pay out of pocket. However, if you do not have insurance, you will have to provide a debit or credit card to have on file so they may charge that card directly, in the event your insurance may lapse in coverage or if you don't insurance at all. Patient First will charge you $355.00 to the card you provide for a Covid-19 test.
If you have symptoms such as a fever and other symptoms, they'll give you a Covid test today. They only test onTuesday and Thursday. If not you have to make an appointment online for one of those days.
It depends on your insurance. Check the back of your card. For most insurances they bill you later. Hope this helps. Take care
