Great store, great selection - not the usual junk you find at Ashleys and Value City. Salesman Joel was old world, in the best possible way. A real class act, very helpful, knowledgeable, and full of great suggestions. So glad I found a furniture store with real sales staff that I can return to with confidence.

Tony R. sold us an "Ultra" furniture protection plan and never provided us with a warranty booklet but informed us that the warranty covers EVERYTHING. Now when we try to file a claim for damages, Servco the warranty company states the furniture isn't covered because it is normal wear and tear and said if the damages was due to an accidental rip or cut then it would be covered. How can normal wear and tear occur in less than 3 years of LIGHT usage? My last couch set from another company was less expensive and lasted 17 years before showing signs of normal wear and tear. You would think spending $1800+ on a furniture set from Gavigan's would give you a higher quality product. Stay away from this fraud company and their shady warranty practices!

Trying to get a couch for my new living room. But Tony was very unprofessional. Also, their furniture was over priced with horrible warranty and quality. I’m driving to IKEA tomorrow and put it together myself. Don’t waste your time.
