Cons: Check in took over an hour despite doing a precheck in online. We requested a room away from the elevator because we were traveling with a small child and wanted a quiet room. We not only got the closest room to the elevator but we were on the second floor directly above 3 of the pools and the only beach access point so it was incredibly loud until nearly midnight each night. Our balcony door had no lock. The AC unit smelled of pee when turned on. The toilet overflowed after my husband flushed (no toilet paper). The beds were extremely hard. While this isn't necessary the fault of the hotel, the first night there was a lot of children running and screaming down the halls after midnight. We even had a group of kids knock on our door at 2 am and run away. Pros: My 6 year old loved the pools. The balcony door was fixed shortly after reporting it (although a missing lock shouldn't have gone unnoticed). Overall it wasn't a terrible stay but the first 24 hours were not good to say the least. We will be staying elsewhere next time.

I'd personally give this hotel a four star review. Pros: Beach access, other hotels around this one lack such. Decent pools Fitness center is as top notch as you can get. Great location Kitchen is decent Cons: Doors don't close around 90% of the time, so you need to watch the door Staff may not be as efficient, bit they do their job for the most part Elevators can break at times Hotel is in minor need of repairs. It's a good hotel with its perks and amenities around it.

The welcome email was good but several links in the email waa not working. The check-in process could've been better. I had to ask about food on-site. Even with that we still didn't get all info. We had to guess which pools were available to hotel guests. They had a parking garage for guest to park cars. The pools were small. The lazy river inflatables were not by the lazy river. So to enjoy it you had to go find inflatable. The room seemed to be outdated but it was comfortable enough for the stay. Views were great. The beach was good and clean. The bar drinks were great. Just wish we knew what time the entertainment started - live music. The location was not far from the attractions.

Disclaimer** THIS IS A REAL REVIEW Before I book rooms, I always base my decision off of the reviews. However, I did not read these reviews until the day before I was to leave. Based off these reviews, I was going to cancel this room and find another. THANK GOD I DIDN'T! The check in process was easy. We stayed in a king suite with an oceanfront view. The room was amazing! The view was everything. The spa was heated and clean along with the indoor pool. There are a few complaints like not having enough linen for the pull out bed and the water never got hot. There was also a constant noise in the pipes I believe that was annoying but not enough for me to rate them less than 5 stars. This was definitely great stay and would recommend for those with families.
