Stayed 4 days in a double queen with kitchenette with my daughters. This hotel stay was super affordable, we stayed week days because weekend was double the price. But all in all it was nice. Parking was not bad on the parking deck. Rooms were decent sized, beds and linens were clean. Balcony was private and the beach was beautiful! This hotel is in a pretty good area at the beach. We had a great stay here at this hotel!

I appreciated the ability to check in early, the check in front desk staff was great especially after traveling for 6 hours. With that said…Now to the room n stay 🙄 1. Was greeted with the filthiest hotel room I have ever seen at a hotel. Looks like it wasn’t swept or mopped for weeks. Had to go get cleaning supplies and clean to be comfortable. I was astonished. 2. Service was horrible; stayed 3 days and nobody collected trash, had to beg for linen, towels. When the supplies lady did visit us I mentioned to her about the piled up trash and the roach we had to kill she basically ignored me. That evening asked front desk about the above service but it was after hours and he gave us trash bags and told us to take out trash ourselves 🤬 3. Moldy smell in room and building. 4. They pay more attention to the main deck lobby areas than they do in the rooms and upper levels. 5. Last but the greatest dissatisfaction was the HUGE ROACH that visited us in the night 🤮. I continued to stay because in the end I was too exhausted to attempt the stress of trying to find somewhere else on the beach. This place irritated my sinuses and one thing for sure you could never pay me to stay there in my life EVER again. A waste of $$$$. Consider elsewhere.

Stayed here overnight to enjoy my first time at the beach. The staff was very friendly and we loved having an oceanfront room with a private balcony. We also loved that the hotel was steps from the beach. However, this hotel is older and it shows. The hallway smelled like onions, the room needed more dusting around the lamp fixtures, the paint was chipped, the elevators were very slow, and the flooring in the elevators looked like they had water damage. The bathroom was very small and the plumbing looked old and acted like it needed some WD40. Our room did not have a telephone and the microwave didn't work. The sheets were very thin, and for a queen sized bed, it felt more like a twin. We did not use the pools or eat at the restaurant so I can't comment on those amenities. Also, there was no free breakfast, sadly. Overall, this hotel's saving grace was it's proximity to the beautiful ocean. I would not stay here again.

I'll like to start by mentioning the great customer service everybody that work here remain professional. The environment is kid friendly I feel my children are safe and this is truly important to me. Everyone here is easy to talk to whenever there's a question we feel the need to ask we never hesitate because of the friendliest. The maintenance crew is available and are really knowledgeable and know what their doing. Mr Roger attended to an issue we had and he went above and beyond to resolve the issue, and we appreciate him taking his time to do it correctly. Once again Thank You! and a big thank you to the entire staff we appreciate you all.

Parking is not the only bad thing about this hotel. They are pet friendly but you wouldn't know they clean the rooms afterwards.
