Stayed as a J1 student and worked there as well. We were treated horribly by manager Tiffany who taught that because we needed money to pay for school we were to be treated as slaves also. Wouldn’t recommend staying as their are bedbugs and bedding is not changed unless it’s stained.

I had paid for 2 hotel rooms for me & my husband and another couple, upon check in with Andrea we were given 2 rooms on the fourth floor. We went up and dropped our things off in the rooms and headed out for the night. When we got back around midnight my friends room key would not work. When they went down to the front desk the employee already knew their key didn’t work on a paid room that they already checked into!! The employee(s) had entered their room, taken pictures of their personal belongings, disengaged their key from working! The manager, Debbie, who apparently doesn’t have a card or last name treated this violation of privacy as if it was ok and not a big deal at all an every day occurrence!! Debbie was so rude as was Andrea - they do not belong in the hospitality business! I posted a review on Expedia and the hotel refused it!! How that can happen is beyond me! BEWARE

Low budget cost, but everything we needed was clean and up to date. This hotel has a great view of the ferris wheel at nice. Our stay was perfect, and we plan to stay here again!

Positive: The location was great. Close to Broadway at the beach and lots of entertainment nearby. Negative: The bathroom doors were closet bifold doors not allowing privacy. Bathroom also did not have vents. Shower head was leaking. Bed was not as comfortable as I'm use to. I've slept on worse but the mattress was lumpy.
