I stayed in the RV section of the mobile home park and there's no shade whatsoever so your RV will get really hot in the summer months. The parking spots are really close to each other with no where to park your vehicle. Your vehicle will take up the remainder of your campsite leaving no room for outdoor activities. The rent is kind of expensive $700 per month. They do have a pretty nice laundry room and a very small swimming pool. They also have really good water pressure. If you're not picky about where you park your RV this is the place for you! If you like a scenic RV park that is nice and quiet this is the wrong place for you. If you have a longer trailer this place will be a nightmare to back into.

We stayed here several weeks this summer as we traveled between AR, KC, and SW MO. The staff are very kind and accommodating. This park is very convenient to shopping and dining options. We were impressed with how well maintained and quiet the property is. This will be our top choice for RV parking when back in the area!

no. they are trying a new approach. there is one on property that is for rent currently only by yearly lease
Yes but they must be small. I believe under 35 lbs. If you have a cat, it would be better if it's an indoor cat.

no not by the week only buy the year. there is rv spots that u can rent by the week with your own rv.

I just wanted to know if a tiny house on wheels can be there. Right now I just want to be closer to family and that place sounds like a God send. I just don't make a lot being on disability. Thank you for your help.
