Have ate at the IHOP on Cox Road for years with my family. They stay busy, they get people in and out the food is always spot-on. We love it and go there at least 2 times a month but as the saying goes you want steak go to a steakhouse. Believe me the one time that you went may have been bad but they will survive the storm. Every time we've gone it has been nothing less than a 5 stars
Food was Awesome service even better by our sweet waitress Christy she was very knowledgeable about the menu and made sure our visit was pleasant I'd say one of friendliest waitresses we've ever experienced
