I've gone to this same IHOP as well as many in other places and I've always preferred this one. I've had one bad server ever and that is out of my at least 10 year experience with this location and this could happen anywhere. It used to be 24 hours 7 days a week and I stopped in many nights as a single guy on nights off while I was working third and service and food were great. Saturday and Sunday this place is slammed so that factors in. I was just in this location Sunday morning and food was great!
The food is usually decent. The service is a flip of the coin!
I have never had a problem at this IHOP. I don't know why you are getting bad service.
