Domino's Pizza

Ordered pizza and garlic knots.No notation of delivery time. Tracker showed quality check at 3:36. At 4:06 still in quality check. I called. Eventually someone answered. When I asked about my order, was told 2 hour delivery time. I tried to ask About the pizza sitting out that long.They put me on hold.After several minutes someone else came to the phone. Told me about the 2-hour delivery. I asked where they delivered me a paint said they had them out of the oven. At this point for over 30 minutes and if it was a two hour delivery time even later. This person wanted to talk over me the entire conversation. The order was canceled. Domino's is my preference, but I will go with someone else. I thought you guys had gotten better.

First two times I ordered from here it was good. Not sure what happened but these last 2 times pizzas have been horrible . Tasted old and stale I gave it one more chance and they overdid it with the cheese . Couldn’t even grab the slice without it falling apart .

Chicken looked like it was cooked on the sun. Dryer than the sahara desert, my dogs wouldn’t even touch it. Pizza and sandwich weren’t even cut. I went to pick up a slice and the whole pizza followed. This is by far the worst location i have ever had Dominos from. They even got the toppings wrong. First and last order from this location.

Obviously it's pouring rain, so we pulled in after leaving the Dr office. Husband went in to order a pizza to take home. As you see I'm in the car, he's inside "trying to get pizza". It's already been about 35 minutes. Then I look over to see a Pizza Delivery guy with several pizza's getting in his car. I know they hav'ta get them to the people who call in but "COME ON" why can't you Toss up a pizza for the people who came to you..!!! {2/7/20: 7.00pm} Thank you Sir for your response, it shows that you care and no this was my first trip to your store (on New Hope Rd). In response, no we did not call in the order, we just stop by on our way home. But we were not the only one, another person (who was there when we pulled up) got their pizza about 10 mins before us, so I assume they were probably waiting a while as well. I noticed several people go in to pick-up a pizza, plus my husband said there were at least 14 pizzas stacked on the counter and the last 10 minutes, he would stand up every time one would come out of the oven. Just saying, it was crazy to see all the pizzas that were sitting there getting cold, don't you think? .I added 2 more stars, because the store was clean & the employees were nice. Also the pizza was good, but was not hot, so when I noticed that, we ate it before going home, so it wouldn't be colder, so that was surprising. However, we do enjoy Domino pizza....
