Steak 'n Shake

First time been to a steak and shake. We got the $4 dollar burger and fries combo so I expected a fast food burger. It was way better than I expected. What was cool was that we started our order on the computer kiosk at 1:50 PM. We saw that the milk shakes are half off after 2 pm. We finish the order after 2 so we weren't sure if we got the discount. It was nice to see that we did. Too bad we were driving by. I wish there's one near me in MD

Excellent service, as always. Manager and staff are friendly, courteous and kind. The dining hall is always pristine. Love the new kiosk and self serve drink setup, even though I realize it is due to shortage of workers. This is our go to stop when appts and business bring us to the area.

Went through the drive through at 11 or so. Ordered 2 number one combos. Tried getting a shake but their machine was down. Got my order 10 minutes later with 2 cars in front of me and all of it was wrong except for the drinks I had to get instead of my shake, so one star for that I guess. Also looks like they dropped my burger in mustard and then added some more. All while forgetting my other condiments I asked for.

This place is nothing like it used to be, I guess due to the pandemic. There are no wait staff. You do everything yourself on a kiosk. I don't think they take cash so you use your credit card for self checkout. Not super friendly or helpful when a customer walks in. You just read the sign and follow those directions. The food itself was sufficiently good.
