I recently opened an auto loan with Campus and let's just say they don't make it easy to set up an external account to make your payments. However, Michelle Williams at the Empower Park location sets the bar incredibily high with her customer service skills and understanding of my difficulties and has never let me go more than 15 minutes without a return phone call. It is beyond refreshing in todays world to not feel like another number in the system. Thank you Michelle for your phenomenal customer service and all you have done to help me the past few months!
