They are decent in customer experience, but won’t show you guns if you look like you can’t buy it. I wear a suit and tie 5 days a week. I don’t feel a need to dress up on my days off and was told you can’t afford that gun when I asked to see it. Plus the other reviewers are right, their prices are about 20% higher than everybody else . It’s nowhere near msrp like one of the responses mentioned.

Have you ever shopped at Jim's and felt like you were not a valued customer? Well I have. Their prices are through the roof and they do not deal well with customers. THAT ALL COMES TO AN END NOW!! RANGE USA is in town off of Millerville and let me tell you, their Gun selection (Rifles, Shotguns, AR's, and Pistols) are comparable, if not BETTER than Jim's. Range USA's prices SHAME Jim's prices. For example, Jim's was recently selling a Glock 40 MOS 10mm pistol for approximately $850ish. Range USA is selling the same gun for $100 less. Range USA's website is not showing in-store inventory accurately. When I went, they had SO much more on the shelf. I am not affiliated with RANGE USA. I am simply a customer who visited for the first time and was blown away by the store.

I purchased a hand gun from Jim’s and I agree with a few other reviewers. They are unprofessional and they look at you like you’re crazy. I will never purchased another firearm from them. I rather drive 500 miles before going back. Worse experience ever.
