Kelly was always amazing and very helpful a time I had a question or just needed to get guitar picks and he even gave good advice. I just no longer have a need to shop for musical accessories.

It is always a great experience. This guy knows what he is doing. There is no one within 150 miles that knows as much as Kelly does about musical equipment. He is a professional musician and as such can help aspiring young musicians find the right gear for their venture. He is a wealth of information and is always willing to help. I have owned a myriad of musical equipment over the years and there is no-one I trust more than Kelly. In fact there is no-one I would Trust with my equipment other than Kelly If it can be repaired he can do it.

I used to come here all the time for repairs, tips, equipment, etc, before moving out of the valley. Now, having just moved back and conveniently needing some guitar repair work done, I was curious to see if Seidel was still around (and still had their famous level of quality workmanship). They have aged like fine wine. I know how this sounds, but they are really one of THE best music shops I have ever been to, if not the #1. This is because they possess 3 simple traits that you can usually never find all in one shop (1-2 if you’re lucky): 1) Skill and quality of their work. Try and find someone that can outperform Kelly or any of his guys and I’ll say “good luck.” 2) Attitude and store energy. I can sometimes get nervous walking into music shops because you never know with some of these places - I find that a lot of “professionals” go out of their way to make sure you know they’re better than you. They’ll constantly eye you down, patronize you for not knowing something and just make you feel inferior. Not here. I leave in a fantastic mood every single time - I have genuine conversations, and I feel like these people are just as much interested in me and my level of satisfaction than their own craft. 3) Affordability. Goes without saying! I’d say they are a tad above average on the price of services, but there are 2 critical factors here: First, it’s not bank-breaking by any means (I’m a poor college student and have never felt cheated or that it was unreasonable). Second, you KNOW that you are getting the highest level of service possible in the industry. If they tell me my guitar will play like a dream when they’re done with it, I believe them - and they’ve yet to disappoint me. No matter you’re level of experience, preference in music, anything - these are your guys.

Bought my first guitar here several months ago and they were more than helpful in trying to help me decide what would be the best fit for me. I returned last week to buy a case for the guitar and once again received WONDERFUL service. If ever I am in this area again I will use the shop for ALL of my needs. Can’t say enough about the service, love this place
