This place was absolutely miserable to live at for the year that I did. Air then heat were broken without fix for weeks. Nails coming out of the porch. Used my apartment as an access to the roof and had maintence man busting in at 7 am. Management never answers calls and Carlos was absolutely terrible in all aspects of the word. The icing on the cake was an attempted break in close to when I finally left that place. Don’t let the pictures or reviews fool you. Don’t move here.

I applied for a 3 bed room in august for move in mid October . Got approved, paid my deposit and holding fee for the move in date . I was calling and emailing the property for WEEKS asking was there anything else that was needed of me before the move in (i have screenshots ) never heard anything back. Called and left voicemails with a call back number , never heard anything back. Finally a week before my move in date i get a call and it was them letting me know that i WOULDNT be able to move in on the move in date (that was approved for abs that i put my deposit down for ) and that it got moved to end of December. After explaining to the lady i was talking to that i had to be out of my current apartment in 2 weeks , because i had already got approved, was there anything available for the time being . She stated no and hung up . Thankfully i found another place to live but i have been calling and emailing trying to get my Deposit back and again, i am getting no answers , no email backs , no call back. Highly dissatisfied. I have 2 small children so when we set the move in date, that’s the day I’m expecting to move in . Got no reason as to why it got pushed back to end of December

Love ❤ this place both office managers are awesome and very understanding I like the maintenance man he's so nice and any problem that comes up the maintenance would be out to fix right away. Awesome affordable place to live with great amenities.
