I've heard stories about them being "crooked" or "shady" but because the lady was so polite and trusting I applied. Well we are two months in and still no word but "I sent it to my boss and she hasn't said anything" I was initially told application process takes 3-7 days. However, I've heard nothing.

The landlord Whitley is a crooked person. She is a liar and not good representative for them. She doesn't fix things and then charges you.She has has folks wrongfully evicted. It will be revealed soon but don't rent from her. She us a liar and crooked bad business.

I am from NYC, and came to visit a fellow military friend, and her kids. The time that I have visit for the last 2 weeks or so I’ve seen more issues in the maintenance and responding of the property management that I ever have in my adult life. She has 4 kids and have been calling the emergency maintenance and property office line and no one has came to check anything out . The heater- thermostat hasn’t been working for around 2wks . Slumlords , it’s sad that they treat their tenets like cattle. Bathrooms messed up , hvac messed up , emergency Maine number hasn’t called back numerous phone calls , property manager doesn’t answer and is hardly never at the office.
