This complex has drastically went downhill since being sold earlier this year. I called for Emergency maintenance and was told that maintenance doesn’t start until 8am. So I’m assuming Cedar Ridge doesn’t actually have emergency maintenance at this point. Getting the office staff to answer the phone is like pulling teeth and when I left work early to go in person one day the maintenance guy said they left because another complex was short staffed. I guess they chose to make ours short staffed instead which makes no sense. I left work early the next day and the office rep said she’s only one person so it’s hard to answer the phones. When this property was owned by Southwood, Amy was only one person at the front desk and always answered or called you back within an hour tops when you left a voicemail. When Jack was in charge of maintenance under Southwood he always came to fix any issues that were going on without delay. I’m still currently waiting on an email response from an email that I sent a week ago. This complex has quickly gone downhill and I couldn’t possibly recommend living here at this point. Unfortunately!

I lived here for not even a whole year before I got a letter saying that they would no longer accept my rent because I had an illegal tenant in my house which didn’t make any sense. Then when it was time to pay the rent the landlord sent out an eviction notice.

I have lived here in Cedar Ridge for 5 years now and I am proud to call this place home! I have never had an issue with anything in my apt that hasn’t been handled immediately. Jack the maintenance man and Amy the property manger are hands down the best team I’ve ever seen! I recently had a ton of issues with some not so nice neighbors and Amy worked very hard to make sure they were evicted! I will continue to call my apt home for many years to come. I appreciate the dedication they put into this property each and every day.

From the first walk-through to move-in to requests for various things and receiving shipments (Amazon!), We enjoyed it here! The staff here at Cedar Ridge ( AMY & MR. JACK) has gone above and beyond to make sure this is HOME for us. Amy and Mr. Jack are extremely responsive to your needs and is great, they both advocates for her residents. It is very satisfying to see that your voice is being heard. They are very much appreciated!! It's easy for people to flame when they are grumpy about something but it takes time to show appreciation for a job well done and that's what Amy and Mr. Jack have done here. No hype, just good friendly service and a place we love to come home to each day.
