Upon finding Bella Vista Apartments for my family, I wanted a safe and spacious environment for them. The application process was a breeze, and everything was explained to me and anything I needed clarified. The layout and location of the property fits our needs (financially as well), and the maintenance and staff were very helpful and supportive. Thank you!

This has been one of the best places I have lived. It's conveniently close to everything for me. The office staff is always so helpful and so nice to work with. I love that they always get my service request done in a timely manner.

All the staff at Bella Vista Apartments are extremely friendly, honest, and genuinely care about providing a great environment for residents. I appreciate that I see the same smiling faces from the office staff to the maintenance crew. So happy to call this place home!

I have been at this place for about 3 years. Still do since I'm under a lease, so we'll see what happens when I get a lawyer. Once, under a new owner nothing has been right. During my second year it took them 10 months to fixed the roof leak in the bathroom which by that time it had mold. They then upped my rent when leasing time came. Personally, I find that rude as they broke landlord obligations for health and saftey but that's just me; they did fix it and I was still able to afford the increase so whatever. This time around, I have a leak in my 1 bedroom apartment that has been there since March. I was told this would be fixed by the end of November which it won't because the entire roofing of the complex needs to be replaced. Now I get it this place was built in the 70s and things fall apart and can be costly. I find it ethically wrong that they continue to increase rent on current residents, not provide a healthy place to stay while mold infests the place, and lie to newcomers about the issues which I know they pay more than I do. Not to mention, when the owner took over the complex they decided to replace 1/2 of the complex's windows for cosmetic reasons instead of addressing the roofing issues. I decided to attached my pictures of my bedroom (I have a collection now and the owner has copies of all them. I can always get more if they want to try say this isn't the room) so you can decide if you want to try living here or not. Just keep in mind, the ladies in the office are professional and nice and can only do what they are able to do. This is strictly the owner/landlord's fault.
