I have similar issues and there are enough options to eat around you limitations unless you really want pasta. Not sure if they offer gluten free
I am not positive, but would guess yes given the menu and atmosphere.
I've found that all restaurants of the class of Augustin have a great deal of gluten free foods. Try it. You'll like it.
