I applied for a passport back in 2017 then I called five months later to follow up and I was advised to go to kenya office and find out since I was travelling there anyways. I went to kenya embassy and no application recieved. what do I do?

If you have all your requisite documents, once in Kenya, you can get a passport in 2 weeks. The passport office @ nyayo house can help speed up the process if you explain your predicament. The Kenya embassy will be less than useless in your endeavors. Good luck
