It really depends on the frequency in which you go through the tunnels or Bridges; a commuter plan cost $70 for 50 trips and you have 45 days to use all 50 trips
There is no yearly charge for ezpass. You can get a local commuter plan that is charged monthly or pay regular tolls. There is a one time charge for each ezpass transponder.
It depends on how much you will drive through a toll, go on there website and use the toll calculator and it will give you an estimate and calculate that amount for a year.
