I got not 1 but 2 bills PLUS 2 fines on Dulles Toll Road (Virginia) because they said I went through through the toll booth 2 times in the same minute. I fought the charges but they said both were valid. It ended up being a broken EZPass device, but I still had to pay the double billing. Ad then I had to replace the EZPass with a new one; lots of time expended for a PITA process.
Check to make sure you have the right tag number on your ezpass account and that the transponder is in the windshield
