My ezpass md account is in my husband's name. He passed away last year and I am trying to set up an account in my name, however the cars license plate is used in his account. How do I get his account closed. I already have a new transponder. I

You may have to go or call the DOT office

You may not be able to set the car up in an account on your own if the car is registered to him. If it is registered to yourself then there should be no problem to have it removed from his account. Just do as the previous response said and go to the actual EZ Pass office

U may have to go to the dot offices. Just google the harbor tunnel location or fort McHenry tunnel to get the address
