Not really. Maybe small toys, but no big ones.
The Ellicott City branch, which is smaller and free admission, sometimes has a Thomas display out during the winter holiday season.
There is a kids section with different fun activities, but I don't recall Thomas being part of it. There is also an interactive map with stamps for kids to do a kind of scavenger hunt.
