Hey Vinnie, in my situation I work with the city. I got a failed to yield to ped ticket which is generally a hard ticket to fight and I was told by Weiss group that fail to yield to ped with all the vision zero in ny is no joke. I just gave them the information and let them take care of it. I don't know how but when I got my not guilty from the judge these guys work magic. Telling you they are good in court.
It all depends on the judge but as long as you use a lawyer your case I'll case can be prolonged up to eighteen months and the points don't go into effect in the time duration untill the case gets the guilty or not. SO YOU CAN ALWAYS PRAY FOR A NOT GUILTY. GOOD LUCK
