Lieutenant Torres, thank you and your staff so much for helping me through this awful time in my life. I had an order from the Court to be able to seize my vehicle back from a tow shop who didn't let me know my car was there for 3 months and just tried to sell my car when they could. I only found out where it was when they sent me a lien notice and a notice of sale. I had to go to court to get my car back and that process lasted a year and a half due to COVID. Once I had the Order, I had no idea what to do. Lieutenant Torres took multiple calls from me explaining the process to me and I ended up having to change the wording on my Order. Most people won't take the time to help you on that level, because quite frankly, that's not his job. Thank you so much and for getting the car back so quickly, checking up on me when you weren't even working, and walking me through this process. You'll never know how much your help meant to me. Now this nightmare of a chapter can close.

I went in a day after I was told a court date , to get my son father served. now that the court date is in two more days . deputy vegas only have made only 1 attempt. You would think since you are paying them they would at least make 2 /3 attempts. JUST pure laziness

I will say that the Deputy that was assigned to my service against my ex-husband was very respectful and called me as soon as the service was done. I am not a person who knows alot of people so when the Bronx family court told me the sheriff office could help I was happy.My ex-husband exscaped and disrespected the law and I hope justice will finally be served.
