I lived in the 120 building for 2 years and everything was great the 1st year. The 2nd year, my cabinets fell off the wall at 1am breaking all but 1 plate, 2 bowls and a mug. It took 3-4 weeks for replacement cabinets. Fast forward: I moved out on June 30, 2018 and I still haven’t received my security deposit. AN ENTIRE YEAR...no refund of my security deposit. I call the office, the receptionist is terrible and gives me the run around. That’s ONLY IF she answers the phone. Escalated it to the lessor, Dennis McNeal, who is just as unresponsive. He ensured me that checks were being distributed on June 22, 2019. I call him today, July 1st to follow up, and he hangs up the phone on me. This management has been giving me the run around for a year about the money that OWED to me. I’ll be going to small claims if they can’t be professional. DO NOT rent from these people.
