Makelabs does great work! and they really help with the technical aspect like support placement which makes everything turn out better. My 3 star rating is due to customer service. Makelabs tries so hard to have a fully automated website that it is hard to get help with the exceptions ,and then they don't get handled competently. Bummer because the prints are great.

I was a returning customer and they couldn’t meet my expectations at ALL. I sent numerous references and actual 3d files to work with and got back lazy designs. I even gave technical drawings for changes that still were not done. The quality of work has gone way down since the last project manager left the company. I went to discuss this in person at their office and they were dismissive trying not to handle the situation or give me a refund for work not completed. No one identified themselves and gave me a run around. I was very respectful. As I was still in the building, two employees were speaking about me and got quiet as soon as they realized I was still present. It sucks that I thought I found a reputable company and wanted to give customer loyalty but that’s impossible after this. If you require high detail 3d modeling do not consider them.

Very professional and quality 3d prints. I had a small problem with my order and the support team was extremely friendly and helpful in the whole process. I would absolutely use these guys again if I needed a 3d print.

Unfortunately we don't. But we do print in plastic if you would like to make some prototypes.
