I intend to use my married name but I have not reported my marriage to the Philippine Consulate. Can I report my marriage and renew my passport under my new married name on the same visit to the embassy?

Yes you can do that, but you need to be there early. Civil Registry is between 9am-12nn only. After that you can renew the passport with your married name, in the same day provided you have all the requirements needed.
