I am a Florida resident and I need a Power of Atty authenticated for my brother who is in the Phil.I tried to contact the consulate in Miami to no avail.I did not get a response from the Phil. embassy in Washington D.C.Will you be able to help.

Are you saying that you already have a power of attorney but you only need it authenticated by the embassy? If so it sounds more like something a lawyer would be to do for you rather than the embassy itself. However if you want to ask, to have the embassy do it for you, you should go to your local embassy in person to do this.
