Is there another way to get in contact with the office? I have had the most difficult time scheduling or changing appointments. I cannot get in contact with the front office without holding for over 10 minutes which is not an option I have.

Yes, I would try the portal! Everytime I call to make an appointment, I always get right in! I usually call right at 1 p.m. Good luck! I see you! 🐾🐾

If your Dr is a Banner Dr, you may be able to reach him/or her through the Banner Portal. I "feel" your frustration.

If you are close stop in they have a very busy office & they try to give the best service possible. Do they offer an option to leave your name & #, is so try that.
