This place has really gone downhill. Now it takes well over a month to get an appointment and they do absolutely no follow up. My husband was supposed to have one refill left on his prescription from them. He called to make an appointment a week ago and nobody answered. He called again today and their next available appointment is in November. He told them he can’t really go without this medication and they scolded him for waiting too long to book. They made no effort to help him get a refill for the gap. It should not take over a month to get a patient seen and if this is a common enough issue, they need to be better about patient outreach. Get your stuff together.

This place has the worst ethics I've ever seen. Some guy in st clothes is walking about while getting blood work. Guy was her boyfriend. Took 2 hours to get what was needed instead of a usual 20 min visit at another poorly run office. Then wanted another visit to go over my tests and why would that be needed. Or a HIV study test? Having knee surgery. Definitely over billing. I would go to the local vet first

I truly appreciate all of the kindhearted employees at Gilbert Primary Care. Physician Assistant Anne Sopeland is a huge help w/my medical needs ...Front office staff is always friendly and gets everyone taken care of as quick as possible. Phlebotomist was also wonderful to deal with and found my vein quickly and drew my blood painlessly . So big thank you to all of you! Stay safe and healthy yourselves. Thank you for all of your help ongoing. :)
