Extremely dissatisfied with this facility. They do not offer AA meetings or even read about the steps! My husband who is there now for treatment was stung by something overnight. Centipedes have been spotted in rooms, etc. Scorpions have. been a problem also. Anyhow his elbow swelled up really bad. They did not let him go to a Doctor and made him pay for medication even though he had no money! They were indifferent and uncaring towards him also. He was in pain all day and had to wait 13 hours for his medicine .

I had a virtual interview scheduled with them and they ghosted me. I e-mailed them and received no response. So much for "we believe in maintaining the dignity of human life"!

No, not true at all. At Community Bridges, however, the opiate addict does have to show the signs of active withdrawal before they will be allowed to begin treatment. That is because if they give the patient the medication (Suboxone) before the person is in withdrawal, they will go into precipitated withdrawal, which is A LOT worse and the chances of them staying clean are much smaller if they have to go through that. They allow for three days treatment unless the patient has private insurance that will cover a longer stay. A good friend of mine went there, stayed their three days and was discharged and used opiates again the next day. The three days was no where near long enough & the medication plus doctor's visits are very expensive if the person doesn't have any insurance coverage. If the person who you're concerned about doesn't have insurance, I would recommend Community Medical Services, which are methadone clinics, instead.
Their customer care is CBI all you meed to do is contact them at any CBI Center and they will guide you to the help you are looking for. That's what they do there..
