This place is absolute trash. They don't turn anyone away so it's loaded with homeless or anyone needing a bed, which is fine, but my brother just went in for alcohol withdrawal and ended up having a seizure and had to be sent to ER. I had the same experience years ago when I detoxed here, they don't properly treat detox here.

I called to get info and Sarah was so rude she just kept hanging up on me after she would respond what I would ask her like I'm not dome talki g I really need info . And I call once Iagain i k ew it was her by her name when she first answer the first time she said Sarah speaking and after she hung up i call again and it was her so i told her it's me again you just hung up on me . She's like I'm sorry it was not me but if your going g to be ride ima have to disconnect the call I understand I'd do the same but I am not being rude I'm only telling you you hung up on me n I need info so how do you expect for me to tell you gosh someone needs to talk to this nasty tone person . Like as much as anyone is rude understand ppl are hurting probably a reason y they seeking help . Common sense
