Hello Joshua and thank you for reaching out to the Tutoring Club. Unfortunately we do not tutor Chinese.
They don't do an hourly thing. You meet with them, they test, and you sign up for a set amount if hours. It's kind of a pain in the rear, and crazy expensive, but it's been worth it for my daughter. I don't fight with her over math homework at night anymore.
