WARRING!!! This is a scam, they make a profit off of your name without helping what's so ever. They say they help people but really they keep all the money. THEY'RE NOT a non profit organization! They give you the run around & a line of BS. They don't help family's, nor do they help pregnant women. Also THEY themselves don't help you. They give you a list of websites & some useless papers, that has nothing to do with them or helping you. They don't help with supplies, they don't help with clothing, they don't help with food, & they don't help with HOUSING! They play you for everything you got! So DON'T go there & waist YOUR time & resources for nothing. Any comment with a good review is them & their lies trying to pull you in. The good reviews are fake & lies just like their website. Take it from a real person who is struggling & already waisted they're time for nothing. DON'T make the same MISTAKE that I did!!!

Hi, we no longer accept furniture donations but Purple Heart Desert Thrift Shop in Mesa- located at Greenfield and Main St (next to 99 cent store- is always looking for furniture donations, children's items and other items for families. They will pick up donations and any clothing must be more than one or two bags.
Yes they do. But you will have to contact the family housing hub or go to CAASS to get signed up for rapid rehousing.
Yes
Yes

Ms Ella not sure why this didn't get answered but I apologize I'm don't want to say they can't help but I will say if they can't they will direct you in the position to get help
Families seeking housing and supportive services must start at the Family Housing Hub, and you can start the intake process by phone at 602-595-8700. All intake for families in Maricopa County starts there; it's all centralized.
Yes.
I am not connected. They were one of the fantastic safety nets. I am confident, with nothing to back it up, that they will know of areas needing volunteers.
They are program that help families get back on there feet. I know they have listings of shelters. They are not one it's more of a building that the people help us families in need with things like helping us find jobs, case mngr for different parts like the housing once they get people from different shelters they help. A case mngr for jobs, and a financial case mngr. They do are a wonderful program. I'm glad I got the privilege to have them help me and mine!!

I've heard about the travelers aide program in Tucson. Never here in the Valley tho.
Try the website
I believe so, I know several clients who have pets, but it may depend on where they find housing for you. I would call to confirm.
No but u dont receive homeless assistance they will help you out with housing after you come out of a shelter
If you're family has a vehicle to stay in they won't help.
Families are referred to them from the Family Housing Hub. Homeless families have to be screened at the Hub in order to receive services.

Because everything in arizona is mandated by one agency.
