At this location nobody calls just join the line because they are super busy and under staffed
They can't keep staff because they treat them horribly! New staff are contract only no benefits with literally no NO scheduled days off even on Sunday they are moving packages. The managers & Post Master's don't give a damn about answering a phone or that parcel bell/buzzer. They have been there for so long with no threat of termination for a job poorly done. In general they suck! Just use go paperless with your bills & use UPS or FedEx.
Because they are understaffed and typically very busy. Just go there and wait in line like everyone else, look for an answer online, call somewhere else, or don't call the local store.
