Shane was AMAZING!! He literally bent over backwards for us so I could be able to get my car today! He was so patient with us. His Customer Service and attention to detail was 1 of a kind. I have been to many dealerships and car lots and Shane is really like no other! You are in REALLY good hands if you have the opportunity to work with him!

NEW INFORMATION: We found out by getting a carfax that they rolled back mileage more than 30k miles. When we bought the van it had 65k+ but they had rolled back the odometer from 95K+. They kept lying to us about the carfax and ran us in circles and we eventually gave up getting one. We just shouldnt have bought anything from them so lesson learned. Terrible dealership. They definitely fit the stereotype of a shady used car dealership. They never followed through on any of the items owed to us when we purchased the vehicle. We had to follow up for months before anything was done. We got a flat tire and found out that the jack was missing the lever and the lug nut wrench. When trying to call them we get no answer or even an option to leave a voicemail. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Scammed us on a vehicle with bad transmission and motor! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! STAY AWAY! We haven't even gotten the title yet after months, they literally sell you garabge! Legal Action is coming soon after BBB report!!!!!

Do not buy from this company! I purchased a vehicle back in May 2022. During test drive everything was fine, on our way back home to Oklahoma the vehicle starts shaking crazy, engine light comes on. We take to mechanic find out the engine has been replaced and it’s not good at all. There is 7 to 8 different things wrong with it. We are now in August and I still have not received my title to get vehicle registered to me. My credit union has been calling and the manager Adele to get the title and he’s been ignoring her calls or saying they can’t find it or they sent it out already. I called on Friday to ask about my title and Adele states “he keeps forgetting to send it” he even states “I know that’s not a good reason”. It’s been 3 months and I still have not received my title. We have been patient long enough and the next steps is to reach out to BBB and see about taking legal actions. If I could put no stars or negative stars I would!
