I have never dealt with a company who has such poor customer service. We have had Geico for our auto insurance for over 15 years. This year when we bought our home, we bundled our home and auto and set up autopay for an additional discount. Something was put in incorrectly in that encounter and the auto side cannot see what was input from home. In July our auto policy was cancelled due to a lack of payment, even though we had signed up for auto pay. We have called and talked to numerous people and no one will help us at all, instead they want to give us a new policy and literally charge us double what we were paying 2 months ago. There is no loyalty to their customers. We will happily be taking our home and auto insurance to another company.

Wasted almost 15 minutes trying to disconnect my insurance with them everything else is pretty good but they go way out of their way to make things difficult in cancellation definitely not a good sign. Even though they clearly knew that I wanted to cancel explicitly told Monique on the only chat.

The office in Richardson is one of the corporate offices. Geico is 24/7 365. If you need to file a claim you can use the mobile app the website or call 24/7
