I switched to Heatable for their lower prices, but I quickly realized their quickness and customer service are what really set them apart! I cannot express enough gratitude that they deliver usually within 24 hours of me ordering, because I always forget to order a week ahead like most oil delivery companies require. I've had to deal with customer service once, and the person I spoke to was kind, courteous, and helped me with my issue. Last thing are the prices. Oil is outrageous right now, so I'm never happy paying it, but Heatable's oil prices are, from what I've researched, the best around. Heatable is a hidden gem, and I highly recommend them.

This company is amazing. They go out of their way when in reality they don't have to. Ordered fuel yesterday with a delivery date of Friday. Emailed to see if we could possibly receive it Wednesday as we will be out of town. Not only did I receive an email back, but they delivered first thing this morning! I am so thankful to them and would recommend this company to anyone! Thank you so much Heatable!

Easy to use app to order service. Excellent delivery options! By far Superior service and competitive prices!! Made the switch 2 deliveries ago because the company I had been using for the last couple years were adding additional fees and not able to deliver in a reasonable time frame, which would lead to additional costs. Don’t pay more for service!! These guys are great!! Fast, hassle free competitive prices!!

So easy to order oil, my regular oil company which I’ve used for 8 years couldn’t deliver for 3 weeks even after telling them I’m going to run out and have no heat in 5 degree weather. Heatable said 1 week and showed up 2 days early. The delivery guy Dave was so nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company
