WISH IT COULD BE A NO STAR!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Doesn't take a lot to be a nice person!! Definitely will be trying to get in touch with management to let them know about their employees lack of communication, lack of customer service. I will never go into this location again. Your employees lost a sale. I wonder how many other people have done the same thing here.

Terrible service. Every time I buy something at the Kittery Outlet store, there is an issue. Today they charged me twice for the same item so I had to return to the store to get credited... check your receipt closely! Also, the Assistant Manager showed zero concern and barely looked at me as she was playing on her phone while I was expressing my concerns.

It’s easy to return it to one of our 850+ stores within 90 days. However, you cannot return your items Curbside, you must come into the store. If you're a Rewarding Moments(TM) member, no receipt needed! To return by mail, simply print a return label from MyAccount.
